RMRC Fall Kick off Conference

Changing Seasons, Lasting Impact:
Transforming Challenges into Opportunities

When: Wednesday, September 23, 11:00AM - 5:00PM

Where: The United Club at Empower Field at Mile High Stadium

RMRC is excited to announce our Spring Conference will be held at the world famous Mile High Stadium, home of the Denver Broncos. Where we will look to Moving the Chains: Driving Mobility Forward.

Our game plan for a successful conference includes:

✅ Kick off with a Corporate Roundtable

✅ Tailgating with Lunch and Registration

✅ Game On Education Sessions

✅ Halftime tours of the Stadium

✅ Relocation Huddles with speed networking

✅ Overtime Happy Hour Reception

Preliminary Agenda:

11:00AM-12:30PM: Corporate Only - Mobility MVP Interviews in the Press Room
12:00-1:30PM: General Registration and Lunch (Stadium Tours)
1:30-2:00PM: Conference Kickoff
2:00-2:45PM: Reading the Field: How Transparency Drives Better Mobility Decisions. Panelists include:
- Carolina Flores-Pinto, Sr Global Mobility Manager at Jabil
- Jennifer Diedrich, Global Mobility Manager at Methanex

2:45-3:15PM: Half-Time (Stadium Tours)
3:15-3:45PM: Relocation Huddles Networking
3:45-4:30PM: Building the Talent Roster: Strategic Mobility Planning. Panelists include:
- Kristy Castillo, Global Mobility Manager at DISH
4:30-5:00PM: Scholarship Winners, Wrap up and Raffles
5:00-6:00PM: Overtime - Cocktail Reception (Stadium Tours)

Feel free to come dressed in your favorite team gear, dress code will be casual, face painting will be optional.

Please register early, so we can account for everyone to participate in the tours and the set up of the room. All registrations after March 31st will incur a late registration fee.

We will also have an opportunity to volunteer at the Denver Food Bank the morning of April 9th if you can stay another day, registration and details for the volunteer day will come soon.
