Dear RMRC Members,
Stepping into 2026, I’m excited to serve as President of the Rocky Mountain Relocation Council and to help guide this community through a year of opportunity, connection, and innovation.
One thing we all know: change is inevitable—and our industry is transforming faster than ever. Over the past several years, we’ve watched mobility evolve from traditional programs to core flex, lump sums, and new delivery models that require creativity, flexibility, and a willingness to embrace what’s ahead.
Across every sector, we’re seeing unprecedented disruption and evolution—navigation moved from printed maps to real time GPS apps, lodging expanded from hotels to home sharing platforms, and financial services shifted from in person transactions to instant digital tools. Mobility is experiencing the same transformation, driven by technology, flexibility, and the demand for human centered solutions.
We also know that today’s mobility professionals have countless options for where to invest their time and attention. That’s why RMRC isn’t focused on being just another event on your calendar—we’re committed to being a community you want to be part of. A place where people share openly, spark ideas, learn from one another, and leave with insights they can actually apply.
This year, RMRC is committed to:
I’m also thrilled to welcome our 2026 Board, including six new members who bring incredible enthusiasm and fresh thinking to RMRC. This team cares deeply about our community, and together we’re ready to elevate the experience for every member, partner, and sponsor.
Your willingness to show up, share what you know, and invest in this community is what makes RMRC exceptional. You are the reason we can set big goals for 2026, and you are the reason we will achieve them.
The future of mobility is being written right now—and RMRC is ready to lead, not follow. Thank you for joining us as we innovate, elevate, and push our industry forward. This is our moment, and I am truly honored to take it with you.
Warmly,
Blythe Sparacino
